Designed and laid out a 32-page civil preparedness handbook for the Centre for Strategic Communications and Information Security under the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. It was produced in cooperation with the State Emergency Service, the Ministry of Defence and the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
The handbook explains how to prepare a home, a vehicle, a first aid kit and a survival kit, how to find reliable information, how to use a shelter and how to act in a combat area. Most of the content is practical lists, so the layout is built around checklists that can be read and used quickly. Colour-coded tabs on the page edge mark each chapter.
Set in KyivType Sans by Dmytro Rastvortsev, across four weights for headings, lists and body text. Illustrations by Alexander Grekhov. Published in Ukrainian and English, with a digital version at dovidka.info.
